I visited the Landry's in Norwood on Wednesday looking for advice on a helmet. The rep. named Charles spent time asking me questions about my riding habits so that he might recommend 2 or 3 products. He was so informative and in no hurry thus assuring that I was totally comfortable with my choice. Charles proceeded to fit the adjustments perfectly for my comfort and confidence.
We continued our dialog to include a range of questions to which he again showed patience, understood my concerns and offered to follow my (and my wife's cycling )needs.
I will be back at the Norwood Landry's soon. My wife needs a new bike and my bike needs to be refitted.
Dropping off the bike for repairs was super easy. The technician who called me was knowledgeable. Picking up the repaired bike was also easy

The services is good especially with a higher volume of repairs during COVID-19. Friendly quick service. Landry's has fixed me a up a few times this spring and summer and been very accommodating informative, friendly and setting realistic expectations.
