I recently moved to the Norwood area, and I was saddened to leave my previous LBS. However, Landry’s in Norwood has become my new favorite LBS. I appreciate (a) doing business on a first name basis; (b) receiving quick and informative replies to my email requests and orders; (c) strong working knowledge and experience of PJ, Aaron, and staff; and (d) supportive problem solving. I have no reservations in recommending them.
Very helpful staff even for a simple request by phone. The parts were set aside for my spouse to pick up and were ready for pick up when she arrived 30 minutes later. This is just one example of consistent service and attention to customers.

After ordering an item that was listed in stock, but actually was not, I was left hanging for 4 days. Finally, via chat my ‘order’ was referred to your Norwood store. A phone call from Hannah followed, the situation was explained and an alternative (and better product) was suggested. Forty minutes later, I had my new tires and I can’t be happier. Your carry excellent products but your staff make sure customers are aware of these products and can give you practical advice as they are bikers and cyclists themselves.
