I liked that Landry's answered the phone during the pandemic and was able to provide service as soon as I dropped off my bike. Granted, it was just a flat tire, but the two other bike shop I tried weren't even answering the phone. The fix took less than 24 hours (they needed to get the inner tube from another store) and they kept me posted on the process. The employees I dealt with were courteous and knowledgeable. They were also honest that a tune up would take 3 1/2 weeks due to a back log, and that I should wait. I am so happy to have my bike up and running again!!

We were looking for a bike for our sons birthday and could not find one any where. We had order one online from a local bike shop only to find that they did not have the bike in stock and could not do anything for us. You can imagine how upset we were after finding this out. I went on your website and found a bike that we liked. It said to call for availability. I spoke with Hannah and told her what we were looking for. She said the bike I had called about would be to small for our son and recommend another one. She helped me place the order over the phone and told me when it would be ready. I called the day it was to be delivered to the store and got confirmation the bike was there and would be ready Saturday. To our surprise and joy we got a call Thursday the bike was ready for pick up. The Merlin bike is a beautiful bike. It is perfect for our son - just the right size. Hannah knocked it out of the park. I can only imagine how awesome she is in person, if she was able to point us to the perfect bike over the phone in a few minutes. You have found customers for life. Thank you. I called the Norwood and Westboro store a few times to find the bike my husband wanted, and everyone I spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable and patient, despite being super busy. I had called a few other stores, and none were as helpful.
