I bought a pump and kick stand from Landry's last Friday. I had a problem using the pump and drove back yesterday without an appointment. An employee helping another customer saw me standing there and graciously cane over instructed me on how to use the pump.

I liked that Landry's answered the phone during the pandemic and was able to provide service as soon as I dropped off my bike. Granted, it was just a flat tire, but the two other bike shop I tried weren't even answering the phone. The fix took less than 24 hours (they needed to get the inner tube from another store) and they kept me posted on the process. The employees I dealt with were courteous and knowledgeable. They were also honest that a tune up would take 3 1/2 weeks due to a back log, and that I should wait. I am so happy to have my bike up and running again!!
