Great products and support from your staff! Hannah is wonderful .... she helped me find the right bike and bike rack for my car .... even showed me how to install the rack on my car which was a real mystery to me having never used one before! She's terrific!

The bikes are great and the service fantastic. The contactless pickup needs some work. not sure if the technology is spotty or the staff is overwhelmed by the number of requests but it took 45 minutes to pick up my bikes that I had ordered and paid for online. The staff was very understanding and apologetic. Given everything that is going on it was not a big deal and I would recommend to anyone.
The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Offer a wide range of bikes and turnaround time for new bikes or repairs is quick.

Everyone was very helpful getting me this bike! I initially purchased one online for pickup, but unfortunately it was out of stock. Hannah called and helped me find a similar one and she made it very easy. I picked it up a few days later at the store. Great customer service!!

In this time of a pandemic - dropped bike off on a Saturday, picked it up on Monday - incredible turn around time. Very efficient process of social distancing during the drop off and pick up!
Hanna at the Norwood store helped me out. She was very friendly and helpful especially given the current challenges with the virus.

I called Landry’s and explained to Hannah exactly what I was looking for. She found an awesome bike for me that fit my price range. Picked up the bike a few days later which was socially distanced. Hannah gave me a few last minute tips and told me about Landry’s services and off I went. I took the bike for a ride later on and couldn’t be happier. The bike itself is amazing. I will definitely be getting my bike serviced and all my needs done at Landry’s
