Hannah was amazing, very knowledgeable and patient! i cannot wait to make another purchase at Landry's, would not go anywhere else. We needed to bring my daughters bike back that was not purchased at Landry's and the tire was replaced so quick and a kick stand/water bottle cage added to my son's bike (also not bought at Landry's). Service is impeccable and I only wish i bought the 2 bikes for my kids there. I love my new Trekk, it rides awesome. Thanks Hannah!

It was an excellent experience from Connor’s guidance when I called the Natick store to his transfer to Hannah at the Norwood store who made sure all of my accessories were ready within 20 minutes of my phone order, I am beyond grateful. I was able to enjoy a gorgeous spring weekend with my family finally with my own bike instead of running alongside an ever-more-confident 6yr old! Landry's and especially Trisha in the Norwood store was extremely helpful (even in this difficult time). She was able to locate and obtain the exact bikes for both my daughters when no one else could - made my daughters birthday!
