Hanna helped me through the process of buying my new bike a DS3. She answered all my questions and guided me to the bike she figured i needed from talking to me. Had a Trek 750 until daughter borrowed it and kept it. The DS3 was a perfect fit and we added a few extra accessories. No hard sell just helpful suggestions.
