Walked into the shop with brake problems during my ride . I was helped by PJ and Arron .I spoke to Arron about lingering brake problems and the moment Arron squeezed the brake levers he automatically diagnosed the problem and now my brakes finally work like they supposed to and learned more about disc brakes from Arron, Greg. and PJ . Service was top of class

Yipppeee have a great wool cycling hat. Had one, lost it and thrilled to get this. No just for cycling. I work outside and the hat is a game changer. Oh and it’s not just about the product I appreciate that PJ went out of her way to get this particular hat for me. Thank you

Aaron was also very helpful. He kept me up to date with the status of my bike and got my repair covered by the warranty.

Awesome customer service!!!
I had my day off all planned out, I was dropping bike off then heading straight to Toyota then I would come back to get bike. I had called the day before and they said that they could fix on the spot. The only thing is I didn’t check what time they opened, I arrived at 9:30 and the young man was just arriving to open at 10, my car was getting serviced so I couldn’t leave bike in back of car. He was so understanding and truly not worried about it and went right in to check with boss to see if I could just leave it with them. Not only did they let me keep bike there they had me come in and opened shop early to service my bike.. I left to get car serviced then came back and bike was ready.
Thank you so much for making my day stay on track, I ended up having 1 of those days when u check off so much on your to do list thanks to you guys
