We purchased a bicycle for our 12-year-old this week and couldn't have been happier with the friendly, helpful, knowledgeable young woman who worked with us at the Norwood store. She made the experience a pleasure, and was equally helpful the next day when we came by to pick it up and brought in another bike for service. She made the experience a 10. Whether we're making that kind of larger purchase or simply getting a quick fix or accessory for an old bike, we know that we can count on everyone in that store to have the same great attitude. While they must deal with lots of serious cyclists, they make kids and families feel perfectly at home.

From the minute we walked in the door it was so nice. We were walking around doing our thing and everyone just let us be to explore. Once we were interested in something then someone came up and from there it was so nice. He was super helpful in pointing out the differences in the bikes that fit my cycling needs and let me test ride each bike at my own pace. Walked away with a winner and thankful for the guidance and polite employee.
