She made the experience a pleasure, and was equally helpful the next day when we came by to pick it up and brought in another bike for service. She made the experience a 10. Whether we're making that kind of larger purchase or simply getting a quick fix or accessory for an old bike, we know that we can count on everyone in that store to have the same great attitude. While they must deal with lots of serious cyclists, they make kids and families feel perfectly at home.
