Quickness in which my car was serviced. Went in with Veterans discount coupon i received but it was no cheaper than what I paid a year ago without a the Veterans coupon.

It didn’t take too long and the cashier was mannerly. They didn’t get mad when I didn’t want my radiator flushed
Very attentive staff ready to assist you as soon as you pull up to the door. They came out to direct traffic and to greet me upon arrival. I was personally walked in to the waiting area to be seated while they performed their service on my Acura.
100.00 for standard oil change is robbery

I asked for and paid for a tire rotation but the tires weren't rotated. Perform the tire rotation or refund the cost of the tire rotation.

Initially I was happy with the service especially when I was given a small discount after being informed that the discount coupon I had from JiffyLube.com was not valid because the site was not part of a specific franchise. The issue arose when I began to hear an atypical noise under my car soon after leaving the site, I had to return later same day after I checked up online why the noise would be there to have the shield reattached to the car which apparently was not properly attached after the oil change. No-one apolagized for not reattaching the shield properly after the oil change and acted as if this is a normal reason to come back. Email me at Email address removed
Straight to the point, very informative, and quick.
I don’t need an email, phone call, a refund, or a coupon. An easy fix would be to take a deep breath, slow down a tad, and focus on accuracy.
If you’re going to offer to fix something extra, please take the time to do it right the first time. The tire rotation was done right. The rear wiper did need to be changed. I get that Jiffy Lube was about quick service. I would’ve been fine if y’all took an extra 5 minutes to make sure that the wiper blade was the right size.
