Very good customer service, updated me the needs of my car and they let me know what the cost was.
The man at the desk was rude. He was on the phone and I silently waited for him to acknowledge me. Once he was off the phone he still would not look at me or speak to me. I had to finally say excuse me can I check on the status of my car and pay?
He replied when I finish. Then moments later he says " what do you need". The exchange continued to no be customer friendly.

No receipt, so I don’t know what I paid for, although I went for an oil change.
Service man said that I needed brakes and rotors. Received a second opinion which disputed that I needed either at this time. No conversation about other maintenance issues outside of the brakes although I have 4 bald tires.
I don’t think I will be returning to Jiffy Lube. Ever.

I've always felt Jiffy Lube Service to be my service center of choice. Unfortunately this visit lacked the vehicle service I appreciate, the service top offs, windshield cleaning and vacuuming was not done. My first time back in years after noticing my oil was low. I will be check for that tomorrow.

I had 2 vehicles there ar the same time. Both cars were serviced and finished at the same time. All employees were very personable. Service was completed in a timely fashion

Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable! I came in trying to be cheap, but he took the time to explain why my engine maintenance was important and helped me understand what my car really needed. I appreciate his honesty and professionalism—definitely a great experience!

The hard sell on unnecessary items has gotten too pushy. I probably won’t be back. I’m a car guy, I know my car, and having someone telling me that my coolant was about to torn to slush is simply ridiculous. I know these guys have a salary to earn, but I’ll be back to doing my own oil changes in the future.

Your service “advisor” was rude and unprofessional after I said no to a suggested service. I figure the pushiness is because of sales drive initiatives in facility, i have never had this location not try to upsell me for unnecessary services.
It was a great experience, customer service was good I have no complaints. They were quick it wasn’t a wait. I was in and out.
