Ricci and his team are the epitome of professional service! Ricci is one of the, if not THE BEST, car service 'station' or business manager I have ever had the pleasure of receiving service(s) from. Service was very quick and everyone was friendly.
Sitting in my car at my next stop I looked at my receipt.
It said the front windshield was washed.
I thought how nice but when I looked at it, clearly not washed.
Made me wonder if everything else was done properly.

I pulled up to have an oil change not realizing the location closes at 5pm and it was 4:45pm. A young man waved me in asking if i was getting just an oil change and I said yes. Then a man walked out of the office, looking at me smacking his hand as if he was pointing to a watch. So i asked the young man when they close and he said “10min.” I let him know what the man did and how RUDE it was and was told “he’s always like that”. The employees were finished my vehicle by 4:53pm, still PLENTY of time left before close!!
