I had been using the Honda dealership for my oil changes om my 2022 honda oddsey and this was the first oil change outside of the dealership. It was done quickly which I appreciated. However after 2 hours I had a 6 inch oil stain in my driveway. I drove back to J lube and taked to Lou who said he will take care of it. I drove home and parked the car and 2 hours later another oil stain about 5 inches long. I'm very upset and went back to J lube and talked again with Lou who yelled to his team that the customer claims he still has a oil leak. This time they show me where the oil from the filter when it was removed leaked into this channel and it wasn't washed down properly. No apology from Lou, and actually a younger mechanic gave me the keys not Lou. So I didn't see Lou again but I asked the younger mechanic after 4 oil changes at the dealership and no oil leak problems how is it that the first time at J lube I have an oil leak twice. He said maybe they use a different technique. So what can you do, tell Lou to follow-up with the customer to the end, assure him/her that this is an anomaly and he is very sorry for the inconvenience and he will rectify the issue by discussing the problem associated with an oil/filter change with a 2022 honda oddyssey so this doesn't occur again with another customer.

It was fast. They did a nice job and they didn’t try to upsell Me too hard it was an all in all a nice experience.
The guys at this location are always kind and professional. I do not get the super hard sell for any upgrades, but they are fully and respectfully suggested. They work quickly and completely. I've been going here for years, and they're pretty much the same each time. I recommend this location.

This is the second time that I go and they do not reset the oil change that shows that my car oil has been change. It stills shows that it is at 50%
