Very professional
Great customer service
Well the service was quick which is what I expected, but my windows were filthy with road salt. I asked the young man if they were going to wipe off the windows. He said they can only do the front window. I said really, and he replied it was a decision from corporate to only wipe the front window. This was Wednesday and Lou wasn't there so I didn't say anything else but you should know there was only one vehicle a truck in the other lane, and there were plenty of staff available. Sorry to say its just good business if a customer ask for their windows, mainly the rear window to be wiped off someone would have said no problem. Now I remember when jiffy lube had a car wash with their oil change, but not wiping the windows. That's a new low for Jiffy Lube.

I have been a regular customer of this Jiffy Lube in Reisterstown for more than 10 years. I think it actually started about 12 years ago. I drive in from Washington DC to go to this particular Jiffy Lube. The staff there are always so kind so professional and welcoming. I could ask him questions but I feel I get it honest interpretation and answer for. They’re not afraid of any questions and they’re always eager to help me understand. Thank you thank you thank you thank you. I’m going to. I’m going to sign myself off as “the cookie lady”

Twice, I've had to replace screws for my skid plate after getting my oil changed.
They stripped the screw so bad I had to take it to a shop to have it removed the first time.
The second time They must have lost 1 of the screws because when I left, I noticed a
rattling sound under my truck & when I got it checked. It was missing a screw from the skid plate.
This Jiffy Lube location has been taking impeccanble care of my Lexus R350 for years. The manager is wonderful. She always takes care of my car quickly and official, and my car runs like a dream.

I was in and out within 20 mins and that was a stretch I feel. The young man who checked me out was amazing. I thought and coupon but he explained why it wouldn't work. But still gave me a portion off that was a active coupon. Will definitely continue service there.
