Every single person I encountered from front desk registration to the nurses to the anesthesiologist to my doctor was kind, caring, compassionate and professional. I really appreciate everyone. Anyone who needs to come to this hospital is lucky to be taken care of by such nice people.

Staff was great. Procedure was done on time.

I don’t even know where to begin! This is our second time delivering at Baylor Scott and White in Frisco and both times have been top notch.

The nurse, Bethany, in Labor & Delivery made the delivery process so easy and comforting. She was very knowledgeable, professional, & compassionate and had all the right tricks up her sleeves to help move the process along. She was even willing to stay past her shift to ensure that she gets to meet our baby! She’s the perfect person for the job!

Nurse Yesenia in L&D was also amazing. She stepped right in as soon as the baby was born. She was very gentle, enduring, & comforting. She took great care of us during the transition from L&D to Postpartum.

In postpartum, all the nurses (Linda, Olivia, Tammy) were amazing, Knowledgeable, caring, friendly, and so much more. These ladies are professional and execute their job very well! They made sure that I was fully prepared and had a good understanding of the recovery process when I transitioned home. They made my stay very comfortable and I cannot thank them enough.

Lastly, the nursery nurses, Christina and Renea, were just as amazing. They were quick to address questions that I had with my newborn and were on top of feeding schedules! I appreciate the fact that they allowed me to sleep for a hours while our newborn was in their care.

I would highly recommend Baylor! Service was great, staff are top notch, very clean rooms, & has everything that a mother would need to be comfortable with the delivery process.

We love baylor Frisco! All 6 babies born there with dr holt! The nurses and staff are amazing. Beautiful hospital. We did encounter one issue my husband wanted to make sure and mention, 1 star for food service staff (im guessing they were very understaffed) first day for lunch my husband waited over 2 hours for his lunch and had to call twice and nurse call once 😳 i had good experience with food service staff in post partum though.

From the lactation consultant (Latoya and Winnie were fantastic) to the nursery nurses (Misi) and postpartum nurse (Jennie), we were blown away at how thoughful, considerate, helpful, and kind the staff were during our stay. I feel much more comfortable as a new mother with the tips from the nurses and am so grateful we chose to have our baby at Baylor Frisco.

This was my 6th colonoscopy in my life (my father died very young from colon cancer so this tends to create a little anxiety for me each time I have one). This was by far my best experience. Everyone was so pleasant. Each person took time to explain what they were doing and why. Keep it up. Hard to find this type of care and compassion nowadays. Thanks!

Attention to patient needs.

It is very thorough, very efficient, and very caring and compassionate. Extremely so. I have never felt insignificant, I have always gotten excellent care there.

I was in a room quickly and everyone was kind. It's scary to have to go to the ER but they made the experience much better.

The staff was nice and it was quick

Different parties waited to the last minute to reach out to provide surgery details and collect payment. They were not aware of pertinent information and could not provide resource to how to obtain.

I did not receive a consult relative to the procedure until the day of.

Invoice sent was not professional and did not provide clear information.

Customer service was fair. Nurse and anesthesiologist was kind and had great customer service

Friendly & efficient

Thankfully there was noone in the ER when I arrived but you would have thought I was one of a million the way the receptions didn’t bother to smile, say hello or ask if they could help me. I had been in pain for two days when I drove myself to the ER. I walked into your empty ER and had to question if I was supposed to check in because the two individuals sitting behind the desk allowed me to walk up and stand there without either one speaking a word. They appeared to be trying to avoid eye contact. The first words spoken was “am I in the right place?” It was a horrible introduction to a health care facility. Everything else was fine.

All staff was nice and caring. The general area where my procedure was performed seemed somewhat hectic and stressful. However, everyone was professional in dealing with a hectic morning schedule. There was a lengthy delay in finding my husband/ride after the procedure, as he was taken during the procedure to an unusual location while waiting. He was told someone would come to get him after the procedure but he could not be located for some time.
These were small things that would not discourage me from returning to the facility. I like the fact that it is doctor owned.
