My procedure start was at 11:30 AM, and my scheduled arrival time was 10:00 AM. I arrived at 9:55. After waiting in front of the registration desk for almost 10 minutes, they handed me a pager to come register later when they were free. I received a call from the medical staff at 10:20 asking where I was at as they were ready and waiting for me, to which I told them I was still sitting in the lobby waiting to go through registration. All the while, I was watching people who arrived after me go through registration before me. When registration finally called me up (after someone from the medical staff called them to hurry up) the person who was assisting me had to repeatedly stop and help another staff member dealing with a patient who couldn’t speak English. In this type of situation, they should have just switched patients with each other. When everything thing was all said and done, I spent just shy of an hour waiting for and going through registration. Neither the medical team, including the doctor, nor I were too pleased with this.
Staff is friendly and accommodating.
Very competent and professional with a human touch. Everyone was on guard to make sure everything was performed correctly and that I was aware of what to expect all along the way.

Wonderful personal care
I had a c section on March 14th and it was a wonderful experience. From surgery prep to the actual surgery to recovery, I was always at ease and felt so taken care of. The doctors and nurses and even the medical staff were amazing! They made everything so much more comfortable for me and I am so happy I chose to give birth at Baylor Scott.
Service was very professional, efficient and clean. One thing: the sign on your door is confusing, especially if you are not feeling well. Needs to just say ‘urgent care entrance, with no other noise’ about the hospital entrance, sent me walking around the outside of the building for no reason.

The area that I was in didn’t feel clean.
The staff was kind and efficient. Great experience. No wait. Doctors and nurses went the extra mile to do blood work, X-rays , and an ekg test after sharing that my heart rate was accelerated. They listened and had great beside manners. I’ll be sure to come back to this ER whenever 8 have a medical emergency.
