The staff was excellent & timely in my care. The doctor was very detailed & extremely helpful with my issue!

Everyone was super friendly and professional. The facility was clean and seemed to be laid out well.
My son went to the emergency room at Baylor in Frisco, with pain in his side, they did blood tests, the levels in his liver came out high and they only told him that he had to go to a specialist, I told them that if they could do a CT scan and they did not want me because "it was not necessary" I left there looking for a specialist because the doctor there was on "vacation" and could not see him at that time, I found one in Dallas who could see him in the following 2 days, the doctor told me that my son needed a CT scan 🙄 he couldn't believe they let him out of the hospital like that, he could have died. he is only 20 years old !!!!! I’m so angry!!! I paid a lot of money for my insurance, and I paid all my doctors bills!!! They don’t! So, if a patient ask for a CT scan just do it!!!! 😤😡🤬
Postpartum rooms are very basic. Some of the furniture ( pull out bed) did not function as a bed . Yet the nurse on day one asked my partner to sleep on the other recliner chair . Only problem with that was the chair did not recline at all - so she was expecting my partner to sleep on a chair for 3 nights!! Attitude of the nurse was not very friendly.
There was also a collective effort by most staff to send the patient home on third day despite I suffering serious post surgical health issues and the risk of worsening . I checked with insurance and 96 hours recovery time in hospital is allowed and fully covered under law for uncomplicated C section. I had complications from the multiple surgeries I went through , yet they were adamant on sending me home on day 3 because it appears they would get the same amount of money from insurance - whether I stayed 3 days or 4 - so why work extra !?!

The genuine concern they had for your visit sense of urgency they kindness and most of all the treatment they provide for your injury/illñess IRS was a great service and experience
Admissions, Pre-Op, Recovery, to Discharge; virtually everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional, and helpful.

Thanks for your great service! We liked everything at this hospital. Nurses were very nice and helpful! Food was very delicious and exactly what is needed for women in postpartum, gluten free, less sugar.

The entire experience was handled very well from all personnel, right from the start when we checked in all the way through to recovery, the staff was excellent.
i felt like they could have done more just to rule out any other potential problems. They knew what they thought and only focused on that then sent me home. Everyone was nice just felt like i was rushed out with minimal concern for all my symptoms.
