When we signed up the staff (several of them, including the director) were really friendly, professional and helpful. They made sure we understood everything that was available to us and explained everything. The atmosphere was welcoming and my 15 yrs old son who just started using the gym felt comfortable using the equipment. Great experience so far!

I truly enjoy all the friends I have made. The classes are so interesting. If you find one that doesn’t suit your needs, you can try another. There is such a variety of things to do and people to meet. It is a family oriented organization to promote the health and warfare of our citizens in this city. I can’t say enough about the staff, always ready to help and encourage you.

Love the senior water exercises with great instructor Lori . The only complaint I have is they do not heat the water to a good temperature.
