The convenience of the location. The class options. The equipment is nice. The instructors are knowledgeable. My favorite is aqua aerobics. The bathroom renovation was tastefully done. The cleaning/cleaners should do better with cleaning ceiling vents. The gray dust is starting to build up in the family bathrooms and women’s locker room.
The Y is always clean and sanitary. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Classes are outstanding. Instructors are well trained and are very experienced. They make the classes fun and challenging.
It was clean, spacious, empty and easy access to the machines.

Victory Y is awesome. I'm grateful for the reciprocal membership as I am in Virginia guiding my Dad who will be 94 this month. I've been once so far for a stretch and balance class which was a great body toning as well as relaxing class. I found the spaces to be clean and inviting. The staff have been helpful and I will visit again.

Reasonably good choice of equipment.
I use free weights for strength training, and there's a good selection of dumbbells. But could use a few more flat benches
