The friendliness of everyone and I don’t mean just the staff, but the other people at the Y are just as nice and friendly! But there’s a wide variety of things available to participate in in the mornings for seniors which I really appreciate.

Everything is clean and easy to you. Not a lot of people there so I was able to try almost all the machines. The only problem is its not cool inside so with my medical issue I cant work out too long in the heat.

My 3 year old granddaughter has only been in a pool a handful of times. She was extremely nervous about taking swim lessons the first day. Now she is excited and can’t wait until her next lesson. The staff has done very well at supporting her and giving her the nudges that she needs to improve each time.

The team at Poquoson has been committed to making sure that parents know what their children are doing each day and updating us on the app as well as through emails if there are any notes for us as parents about the schedule and needs of the camp. My kids are having a great time!

Sense of community and friendly staff. The layout supports good energy. You walk in and get greeted. The pool and work out area are immediately in view. Just down hall is the gymnasium with regular activities.
All that’s missing is a sauna!

The YMCAs in Kilmarnock and Heathsville Virginia are greatly appreciated. The staff at both facilities do a great job.
I like the fact it’s not over crowded. And I’m around people mostly my age. I like the activities.
I signed my grand kids up for swim classes this Summer at the YMCA. I was pleased with the facility and staff. The swim teachers did a fantastic job teaching my grand kids. They had a great time while learning much! Thank you YMCA. I recommend this facility!!
Learning from the staff how to move safely at my age!
I enjoy my water workouts...locker room is clean, showers are hot. What more can you ask for!?
