The Y offers everything: large gym with personal trainers and fitness classes including spinning, 2 pools (1 indoor and year round), squash courts, basketball court, babysitting, kids activities, and more! We are so fortunate to have this gem in the community! There is also a childcare center for qualified families.

Hospitality, always a respectable staff with a wonderful experience. Very clean and well kept. Shower room could use a little upgrades but overall a great experience for the entire family.

there’s a wide variety of people that go there. I absolutely love that they have child watch! As someone with a one and a half month old, it makes it very easy and puts my mind at rest that he’s in good hands!
It was a very nice first visit. I got the tour from Mindi and took Allison's Barre Fusion Workout and oh boy were my abs sore the next day and the second day. Great class. Want to try others.

I’ve taken classes at other Y’s before but this was honestly the best swimming class I think I’ve ever had. I signed up with a friend of mine who had a nearly drowning accident a couple months ago, and we both really wanted to learn. Our teacher was so patient. She was also an adult learner which made the class less intimidating. I would definitely recommend this to adult learners.
This Y has a “community” feeling where you can make good friends because you see them often. The Y is run like a tight ship in that everything is clean and cared for. The staff is amazing I love being greeted by their smiling friendly faces
