Despite the crowds compared to the ymca wellness and fitness center, this ymca has so much to offer. Numerous classes that offer a wide range of classes, dedicated friendly instructors and welcoming greeters! The instructors seem genuinely concerned about your progress and offer supportive feedback.
I like going there because it's clean, staff is friendly and helpful and I meet a lot of nice people there.
Friendly instructor who gave me solid advice and was patient with me the entire time. He even helped me get over a fear from my past. Great crew and overall solid program.
