The facility is a clean and welcoming. However the sauna temperature in the men’s locker room is too low.
In general I would recomend the Y. But the deck of the pool is not as clean. Also it has too many cones on the deck because of broken deck pieces. Also I witnessed the scolding of an Aqua aerobics instructor by the director of the pool. If he had a problem with this instructor he should have address this in his office,not on the pool deck. The locker room should be cleaned more.
I haven’t restarted yet but I like all of the classes that are available and the amenities
The facility is clean and well organized. Staff members are always polite and helpful.
Friendly staff
Staff very open, friendly, and helpful. Bathrooms and equipment clean. Lots of, and a variety, of workout classes. 24-hour access if needed. Gym kept cool enough to be comfortable in workouts. Love the diversity of the other YMCA members. Cost very reasonable, especially the family plan!

This is a great facility with amazing staff. Facility is clean with up to date equipment.
I enjoy the ymca in williamsburg. There's a tone of things to do. I love the indoor pool. And, the fact they offer so many classes. Along with the hot tub and sauna.

Coach Alayna is absolutely fantastic and goes above and beyond! Please do whatever necessary to never lose her!
Suggestions-
We really need an assistant coach with competitive swim experience and leadership skills! Not just an extra set of hands.
Please please bring back Summer Swim. These kids need to be able to stay in the game and swim year round like the club kids they compete against in school and VPSU.
Please consider bringing back the USA team. It was such a blessing for great swimmers who can't afford the big club teams to still be able grow and to compete at that level.
