Everyone that works there us amazing! I am in a wheelchair and they were very helpful and accommodating. I love the classes offered. I also love the coffee and the puzzle on the table to solve. I love puzzles. I felt like I was among family!

I personally love the environment and the staff.

I enjoyed Amie who teaches the spin class on Mondays and Fridays . I wish there were a couple more bikes so I don't have to get up extra early the day before in order to reserve a bike for class.

Play pickle ball with friends and the court is good. The unfortunate thing is there is only 1 court and when we have 16 players you have to sit out 3 games at a time.
