The entire "Senior Take Over" event on Sat. Sept.26th was very well organized. The YMCA Health and Wellness staff were very friendly and helpful. The partnership with CenterWell was amazing and represented a community approach to fitness. Thank you very much YMCA Health and Wellness Center!!!

Everything but mainly (Aquatic Exercise) because I’ve been doing Aquatic Fitness since 1989 when I Retired from the Army and it is the BEST for my joints but I’m looking forward to this new thing👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾

I like the variety of options. While there may be less machines than I was used to at my college, this small family YMCA offers a lot of the same options that work for me. I really have loved coming in with my partner and we both get good workouts. He enjoys the weights options and I’m happy that there’s a pool downstairs if we needed to cool off
