The instructor for my group cycling class was informative, motivational, and engaging, creating a fun and encouraging atmosphere. I also appreciated that the cycling studio had excellent air circulation, a view of the outdoors, and ample space for all participants. As an added bonus, the music was at a comfortable volume, so I didn't feel the need to wear earplugs!

I love the swim class teachers. They have lot of knowledge of what to do to become a better swimmer. Also, all of them are very friendly.
I like that all the desk workers know my name. I like that they offer a special exercise class for folks with Parkinson's Disease and that the teachers are knowledgeable about the disease and can tailor the class to fit the needs of those attending on a given day. I also like having a wellness center to work out in on days that the PD Strong class is not scheduled.
I enjoyed the water aerobics class.
