The amenities, the fact that childcare is provided makes a HUGE difference for me and my ability to stay healthy. The pricing for my whole family including access to a pool to keep our swimming skills sharp in the winter. And the amount of friends I bump into without feeling like I belong to a gym that is full of grunting body builders. Overall wonderful atmosphere to workout in!
Very professional staff and clean modern facilities.
Very personable and efficient. I came in to register and it was hectic the front desk personnel greeted me and worked quickly to get everyone taken care of and on their way to a class! When I finished Zumba class the instructor Karen came over and spoke with me which was very nice.

The hand sanitizer at the front door of the Victory YMCA in Yorktown VA is too small it is out of liquid more often than not
