Wes loves coming here every year. He's graduated from Counselor-In-Training to being a Junior Counselor and is looking forward to trying on this new experience next year. He loves this camp so much he's sad to come home! And, during the year, his bunk and campmates have kept in touch via group chats. I love the close-knit environment and laid-back attitudes (mixed with just enough structure / safety). It really has helped the kids gain confidence and leadership! The staff are exceptional. They greet you with a smile each day and offer information about the different programs. I brought my grandson and he loved swimming in the pool. He improved each day which helped him become more ready for boyscout camp.

I love high impact water aerobics. When are you going to get busy putting out adds everywhere to find us a new instructor? Are you running adds in the military newspaper for area bases? What exactly are you doing? I do enjoy the pool, but we older people need our exercise and not a gab fest!

My daughter returned to Camp Kekoka for her third year, and her first year as a CIT. She had an absolute blast, and can’t wait to go back again. She will have to be a CIT again next year because of where her birthday falls, but she is already planning how to make it great in hopes of landing a role as a junior counselor!
