I recently joined the YMCA, and I wanted to take a moment to share my positive experience. The process was smooth, and I was especially impressed by the staff member that assisted me. Sorry I don't remember her name. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel welcome. Her excellent customer service truly made a great first impression.
I just wish you had more Silver Sneakers exercise classes. The ones I try to sign up for seem to be filled quickly

The facilities are great and always clean. Staff is exceptional. The water aerobics instructors are first rate and I highly recommend them and their classes.
The time I go it’s not that many people and the staff is professional and willing to help.
Anthony (5:45 AM bodypump on Wednesdays) is an amazing trainer.

I’ve had a great experience with our new family membership, the staff are helpful and the regional access to other YMCAs is great as well. I really enjoy utilizing Child Watch while I work out, it’s a great benefit.

The only thing I might add to the victory YMCA is maybe change our update the video content on the tv monitors in the workout room. That's all!
I’d like to suggest that another stairclimber machine be added to the Fitness Center. Popularity of the two present machines seems to be increasing and one is broken right now. Other than this, everything is great. Thanks for asking.
