I love all it the staff so nice and pleasant. The workout that I do, the whirlpool and steam room then the shower. I feel so refreshed like I been in a spa when I finish.
From the friendly reception and the cleanliness of the spaces, to the location and natural light pouring into the workout area, this is a real gem. While I've typically gone to the Victory YMCA, I find this location to be best for my needs and for the overall experience.
Orientation was very thorough and answered all my questions. Staff was very friendly and nice to deal with.

Nice exercise area with new weight machines and treadmills. Classes readily available. Never crowded. Friendly and courteous staff.
Last Monday I got on the treadmill just after 2 pm
With my wife Bobbi I always got there early to drink a cup with friends and then exercise. When Bobbi died in 2022 I just stopped. There wasn’t anything wrong except being there without her just seemed wrong. But it took a little while to get my head back on straight. I didn’t walk as fast as I used to and the new treadmills raise and lower with the program. I hope to slowly build back my speed and adjust to 2025.
The Y is still a wonderful place.

I like the friendly environment and the the willingness of people to help with reaching my goals.
The instructor, Ty, was very informative, patient and supportive throughout our private swim lessons. I highly recommend doing lessons at the Y. My son is only 5 years old and we have done three swim sessions. His skills have grown tremendously and I am confident heading into the summer season this year as he is more aware of his surroundings and experienced in the water. We will be back. Thanks
The aquatic staff is the reason we keep coming back. The director Julie Rose, instructors: Gayle, Debbie, Aiesa (sp), Sarah, Jack are caring, reassuring, and fun. My son loves them.
Julie Rose goes above and beyond to make sure any kid can join in a class. She is always helping kids if they forget goggles, makes you feel welcomed, and is truly a joy to see. She takes care of her kids and is extremely helpful to the parent.
