I really enjoy the variety of amenities and programs the Y offers. The childcare is a huge benefit for our family, and I love having access to different classes that make it easy to stay active. Having a pool is also a big plus, especially because it gives us another activity we can enjoy as a family.

I like that it's clean. It has plenty of work out machines. The staffs are so kind and willing to talk to you and help. The environment is just so peaceful and nice to work out. No one is ruled. My son and I love to work out at the Hampton Y MCA .
I love attending the Silver Sneakers class. Tina does an outstanding job! The desk staff always greet me when I come in.

We had a black woman I don't remember her name but she shared how she learned to swim as an adult before becoming an instructor. She was great with my daughter. My only suggestion would be signage indicating where classes meet.
