From promptness is getting a quote to promptness of installation the service couldn't have been better. The chair lift itself is first class in quality and looks and has served my wife extremely well as she continues her struggle with cancer. The price is about what we expected, and the installation, which took about 6 1/2 hours was done by two very experienced and personable technicians with respect for our environment and who took the time to familiarize us with the chair lift's operation.
I highly recommend Arrow Lift to anyone needed a chair lift.

Service is ok but attention needs to be given to the accordion doors. They do not stay open in the full position.
We found the Arrow Lift staff to be professional, courteous and well-informed about the products they sell and install. Phone calls were returned promptly and all questions answered thoroughly. We never felt any pressure to make a decision. When we finally placed our order, delivery and installation were handled smoothly. We also appreciated the fact that the company employs veterans!
The whole team was great! I really liked our salesman David. He explained everything very thoroughly and helped us choose the right stair lift for our needs. Delmario installed the stair lift. He did a great job. He made sure that we understood how to operate the system. He was very professional and left the area spotless.
Seamless and easy purchase and install. I started online with no knowledge about stairlifts. Did a quick online chat, gave my details and questions and within a week a salesman showed up. Explained the pros and costs of various models, checked measurements of the staircase and in less than another week I had my new and SAFE stairlift.

Delmario did an excellent job installing and explaining how to operate the st air lift. The stairlift has exceeded my expectations. The quality of the Stannah stairlift is obvious.At first I thought it would detract from the appearance of our home but I think it looks better than I thought it would.
It is easy to work and it will enable me to stay in my home which is the most important thing to me.
We have not had enough time and usage yet to evaluate thoroughly. Ask in a few months and we can comment to a greater extent.
