Initially, I spoke with David St. John via phone to discuss the chair, features of the chair, price, and various options. Mr. St. John was very knowledgeable and thorough and answered all of my questions. Moreover, he was friendly and polite throughout our phone consultation. After speaking with Mr. St. John, I felt very comfortable with moving forward with purchasing the Arrow Lift Chair. I was able to schedule an appointment that was convenient for me to attend and met with Mr. St. John at my parent's house to discuss all other details and my mother was able to ask any questions regarding the chair. At the end of our meeting my mother and I felt comfortable with moving forward and we scheduled our installation appointment for the next weekend. I was impressed that we did not have to wait weeks to get it all done. In addition, the installer, Damorias was very pleasant, polite, and friendly and did an excellent job. He was very patient and explained to us how to operate the chair and answered all of our questions. I am very pleased with Arrow Lift and would highly recommend them to anyone considering purchasing a chair stair lift with an affordable price.

Everyone is always on their game. You show up when you say you will, you do what you need to do. Believe it or not, that is very hard to find in a service provider.

First we were very pleased to meet David and hear about your product. He was very professional explaining the install process and the several safety features including the foot rest, seat and arm rests.
The installers were very good and fast. But they did take time to explain the process and even let me try it out several times.
It has only been a week since my new Cadillac lift was installed and I am so comfortable and confident going down to the basement. I can now do my laundry and shower without my daughter having to come over a couple times a week. Now when she comes we can visit or go out for lunch.

I was very happy to meet David ST John He met us at the showroom and encouraged me to use the chairs there instructing on what to do. He visited me at my house to look over the basement stairs and the upstairs stairs and later advised us as to which chair would be the best for me. Later he brought the representative from England to look advise uson the curved staircase He also showed us the proposed diagrams that they would install. On installation day the installer was extremely professional and advised me and my son the proper procedures of using the chair. I am extremely pleased with my experience at Arrow Lift andlooking forward to the installation of my upstairs chair life. I have thanked Mr St John and happy to give him credit for a very pleasant experience
