The chairlift is a life saver and works well. Response for service is quick and technicians are both competent and friendly once you get to the right place. What do I not like? Automated answering services/trees that are not designed for ease of use. Your phone service makes it far from easy to get to the right party for making a service appointment. Once you get there, all is well, but getting there is less than "half the fun." (Otherwise your score would have been a perfect 10.)

We really appreciate the friendliness and professionalism of all of the folks at Arrow Lift.
Very responsive company. Easy to talk to pre sale. Instillation people were friendly and explained everything they were doing. Cleaned up after and made certain we understood the use of the product. We put in a service call for a squeak that started occurring. Service was prompt. knew the problem and fixed it right way explaining what was going on.

I love my elevator. It was really helpful when I was on crutches and my grand-dog, Luci, uses it all the time since back surgery! No more carrying heavy stuff upstairs- we let Darth (L.E.Vator) do all the work!

Although when I encounter a problem with my stairclimber I would like immediate service and support. I know that is highly unlikely. I was able to get next day service and a competent service person to correct the problem.
Their Service Technicians that came to my house (two occasions) were very professional and corrected the issue quickly.

We have used our chairlift for over two years and are very pleased with its operation. We have not had any problems with it and use it on a daily basis. We have already recommended Arrow Lift to good friends and they bought 2 lifts about a year and a half ago.

Promises made during the purchase were valid. Several topics arose in which the manager thought my expectations could be different than expected and went to strong effort to anticipate and correct those.
I wanted a custom cab, but the available upgrades weren't as good as my own work. So I coordinated the build with the sales and installation team. The result was spectacular (you really should see some photos).
The techs that come have always been very professional and detailed.
I was very pleased with the service I received for my yearly checkup of my stairlift. The technician was very thorough doing a complete check up and cleaning of the stairlift. He advised me that battery was reaching a low status and advised replacing it now while he was here instead of waiting for it to stop functioning and having to have another service call. I appreciated him advising me of the situation before it became critical, I am very glad to have the company as my partner in the maintenance of my equipment.
