Services were timely and I was told if I needed service before the given date to call and they would make it happen. Since I am not pysically dependent on the stair chair,at this time I could wait. We have not had any trouble with the chair and the only thing wrong was the battery and the work was done politely and timely.

The Stannah stair lift is very good quality. Arrow salesperson Dave was very professional, knowledgeable, prompt and not pushy at all. They delivered everything they promised on time. The installer DelMario was very thorough, professional and good at what he does. He took the time after a long day installing the lift to demo it and show us how to use it as well as answering all our questions.
It has been about 10 days and the lift is working fine. Great experience with Arrow Lift.
Appears to be quality equipment. When there is a problem a technician is usually here in 24 hours or less.

You listened to my particular needs and offered a chair that met them. You're maintenance agreements are not prohibitive in price like Acorn's are.
Our new Stannah stairlift Model 600 has eliminated the burden of going up and down from first to second floor for a couple in their eighties. It meets our requirements at a price we can afford. Dealing with Arrow Lift was a pleasant experience from the show room displaying several available models, the visit to our home to finalize the needed hardware and finally the installation completed in one day; all within two weeks.
Service has been very good. The appointment is made and tech has always been on time and willing to explain the why’s and how’s.
As for the equipment, it has not been in operation long enough to comment, so far so good.
The salesman was great and the installer was great, too. Both spent plenty of time with us explaining things about the product and how to use it.

Professional sales support and technical staff. Preventive Maintenance is good along with any repairs needed. We recently had to relocate a chair lift without any issues.

Went over warranty info and maintenance services. The installer was on time and very professional and knowledgeable .did a very good install, very neat ,put protection on the al #, cleaned up area and took away boxes etc. The installer demonstrated how to use the lift and we're to find the model and serial #, and maintenance etc. I wood highly recommend this company .
