I bought my first bike at Westpoint back in 1972, as a university student at UBC, my wife Trek for her two Ironman competitions. I wanted a good quality electric bike and purchased the very durable Alant 7+ which has served me extremely well. I have a little arthritis and it gets me out riding and staying in shape. Great range of products, and very knowledgeable staff.

Recently I had my e bike, and my wife's FX3, in for its complementary one year service, and a small repair to the wiring. Staff were very helpful, the service was absolutely great, and the bikes were so clean and carefully worked on that they looked new when we picked them up. What I really found helpful was the technical notes that the mechanic forwarded and suggestions regarding tire pressure. I couldn't have asked for better service on bikes we rely on. Extremely pleased with the service and we continue to believe we made the best choice of dealers by making our purchase at Westpoint Cycles.

The pricing and availability good, and your supply chain P2P system was great. Complete with shipping notification, good packing slip, personalized note and all around prompt delivery. I will be shopping online here instead of Bicicletta. I live on the Sunshine Coast and it's pretty hard to get roadie stuff here.

The item was in stock, and the order was completely quickly. Delivery was also quick,unfortunately, I was not home and I had to pick it up at the "hub'. A courtesy phone call was received, once the order was shipped.
