I have been a West Point customer for about 8 years. Primarily I used your bike tune up shop but on my suggestion, my husband consulted and then purchased a bicycle there for his specific back related needs. The technicians have always been fabulous. The advice given my husband was superb and he has been enjoying his new wheels for about 3 years. Recently, I purchased a bike helmet for our 2 year old granddaughter with the advice and experience of a West Point consultant. We are very pleased with their inventory and knowledgeable staff.
