I am extremely happy with the service from your company, and my bike, everything just clicked from ordering to receiving it to assembly with no problems, this was the right purchase. Also the price, no bike shops in Lethbridge would even give a little discount for an old guy. Last year november I bought a Rad Plus and thought this was the one but after assembly there were problems one after another, didn,t get the answers I needed to correct things, just a thorn in my side, finally sold at a loss just to get rid of it.
