Knowledge of staff, quick and friendly service

I arrived on a sunny Sunday afternoon, with a major rear disc brake problem. The store was filled with people looking for bikes, accesories, and/or help. I was assisted by Matt and other courteous staff within a few minutes of my arrival. My bike was taken form me with a two day turn back promise, which was honoured. There was no paperwork involved. My bike was repaired and tuned and scrubbed clean. The repair and tuning charges were very reasonable. I find this to be exceptional sevice during an extremely busy time of year.
