My parents bought my first bike from west point cycles and I'm 66 years old now.Always has been go to bike shop in point grey neighborhood . I don't live in the neighborhood anymore but when I need parts etc for my bike I still go to the point grey shop.staff always friendly and service and repairs are fantastic.

Service person Beth was very thorough in her assessment of what might fix my issues getting the right fit for my bike given my various musculoskeletal issues. Suggested starting and further investigation points and it was useful to spend the time figuring out what would give me the most comfortable and efficient ride for my needs. So far she has hit it out of the park with suggestions and service. This is likely a work in progress and I feel like she is on my team and uniquely relates to the differing needs of femail riders. Bravo!
