Good service. You took my bike at a busy time and had it repaired within 2 days. However, I was surprised that my dead SRAM rear derailleur which was less a year old was not immediately warrantied. I had to pay and wait for SRAM to pass judgment on the warranty. Is this normal?

We have bought our last 5 bikes from Westpoint Cycles in the last 20 years. The selection of bikes is impressive, and the sales staff are all extremely knowledgeable and friendly. And when you need any servicing or adjustments, they are able to pinpoint the problem and fix it quickly and at a very affordable cost. What is not to like???

Wow they were very fast at fixing my bike. It rides like a dream.

Everybody is very polite and super helpful. I thought I needed new brakes but they found it was just some connections that needed to be tightened. They fixed it before I even finished dropping it off for a tuneup and didn't charge me anything (and showed me how to do it myself in the future).

Most of my experience has been with your incredible service department as I come from Brentwood annually for my service. I’ve been involved with ICBC after being hit by a car and Tim has shown integrity as well as care for me as I go through this process. For that I am very grateful
as he’s shared his significant expertise!! And then there’s Lauren coordinating parts and service with both ease and expertise, making it a positive experience.
