More recently I my CheckPoint had Di2 problems; several other bike shops were unable (or unwilling) to help me here.

Our family has been shopping at West Point Cycles since we moved to Kitsilano 21 years ago. They have been our go to for everything bikes for my husband and I, and 2 growing kids. From Chariots (to tow infants/toddlers) to kid balance bikes to many sizes of bikes as kids grew, they have never failed to provide excellent service to keep us all riding! And, they just helped me purchase a new dream bike to keep me riding well into retirement!
Staff are all friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Owners (Tim and Sara) are lovely local Vancouver west side folks. Love supporting our neighbourhood small businesses, especially one like this that is so worthy of support. Can’t recommend highly enough!
