This is my 2nd online purchased from WPC. I like the product from Trek brand because of the quality and durability. The services I experienced is pretty good because I received the product I ordered online in very good packaging and timely delivery lead-time. It was a way long distance since I ordered it from Bridgewater Nova scotia. Looking forward to get more reasonable deals from WPC.

I always find West Point Cycles such a friendly and helpful store. The staff are always willing to talk and spend time answering my questions. My most recent visit was to the W. 10th store where I was assisted by Luke and Mike and both were great. Thanks to them for their help. I have also used the W. 2nd/Main St. store and staff there are similarly helpful.
Last week, I was short of time and needed a repair done quickly. Luckily for me, West Point was able to fit me in and got the work done really quickly. Their service was friendly and expertly executed, it feels like a new bike. Thank you West Point, great job!

I love the very long history that West Point Cycles has; they are a staple in the Point Grey and Kitsilano neighbourhoods, very knowledgeable about all aspects of bikes and cycling, and they are reasonable in their pricing, always happy and willing to help. I trust them completely with my bike, and they always do a great servicing job. I just had regular servicing on my bike, including a chain replacement. All is working great!
I have already recommended them to friends, and recently my friend Gib McEwen called them when his electric bike would not start due to a battery in a handlebar fixture that he did not know was there and needed replacing. They solved the issue over the phone, and he was thrilled that it was so easily resolved. Thank you!
