Would like shorter repair wait times
My bike had a flat tire, so I thought I’d grop it off for repair. First I was given help retrieving my bike from the back of my car. The technician brought it in put in on the rack and the repair was done in 10 minutes. When finished he loaded it back into my car. The entire transaction could not have gone any faster.

The Service was exact, prompt on time and excellent.
My 20 years old Trek Hybrid 1100 never before received a service from an specialized technica just me over the years but it was a big difference when today I ride again after serviced and I had found a better new bike, I felt it as new rolling fine and feel it as firm as I forgot how was before.
