I stopped by for a set of pedals and the young man was most helpful. I asked if there was a special wrench to remove old ones and he was nice enough to change them out for me free of charge. That was a great surprise and will go a long way with me.
Promptness
Trek is the last of the high end bike brands that still designs their bikes with the proper double diamond design. I hate the bikes with the lowered seat stays. Please don’t change that.
