Ryan was extremely helpful in outfitting my new bike with the accessories I wanted and made several calls to find some that weren’t in stock at the store. He also did a great job of explaining the flat tire and service programs that are offered. He was very friendly and we had a great time just chatting about cycling in general.

My experience was my very first time doing business with this Trek store since moving to Florida. I brought my mountain bike in, without an appointment, for a tune up service. The service tech dropped what he was doing, greeted me immediately and performed a thorough inspection of my bike. He then explained his recommendations and was very open to discussing all my questions. I truly felt like a valued customer. The work was performed quickly and at a reasonable price, and my bike was ready the very next day. Thank you Trek Team!
