Thirty years back, I sat in airplane seats most every week for my work. Today, as a"casual" 64 year old cyclist, I trust the crew at my local Trek Store to keep my bike in good riding order. In fact, I have just enough room for the bike in my garage. No room for a "work shop" but the crew at the local store take care of easy and complicated issues that come up from time to time. The "set-up" is perfect as I am able to maximize my saddle time and the Trek folks are always available when I have the occasional issue.

Friendly, efficient and priced right
Sunday hours greatly appreciated. The patient, friendly atmosphere with a disposition to teach as well as inform the customer. The availability of the correct parts at reasonable prices. Where possible, an attempt to effect a repair with a simple part (a master link, for instance) instead of an entire chain replacement, and thorough explanation on the finer points of making that repair. I am grateful for the way customers are treated there!
