I've been riding and racing Trek bikes for decades and the attention I get at the Trek store is exceptional.
We spoke first to the lady who emigrated from Russia many years ago. She explained about the bikes so well and let me test drive one. I originally was going to order one somewhere else but when she told me they had some in stock and could get it ready quickly for us, we were later convinced to come back and get from her. Then the tall guy who works on bikes was
amazing showing us all about the bike and explaining how everything works. He even helped us load it in our car and showed us how to take a tire off for loading. Thanks for the great service..
Great service! Good prices. Brought my bike in for service and a couple new parts, I was told 5-6 days for service(understandable). I dropped it off on Saturday and got an email and text on Monday that my bike was ready for pick up!!

We loved the Trek Store in Boynton Beach.
The young man that helped us ( sorry I forgot his name) was very knowledgeable and kind to my 4 yr old granddaughter who only wanted a pink bike helmet.
She got on a small bike and happily rode it up and down the store with a small pink helmet perfectly fitted for her. Bought that also. Got home, she was on it in a flash up and down the side walk at home.
Bike is pink and purple!!
I also treated myself ( the cyclist in this family) to a new green helmet (very high tech). We had a great experience at this Bike Store and I am sure we’ll be back. Reasonable prices for great equipment and bike.
