… I brought my bike in into the Trek store on six mile cypress in fort myers, Fl. appx 25 min before closing , I had planned to leave my bike for a repair estimate.
… ( I was not very hopeful).
I was greeted by Jeff, I have to say this ! Jeff greeted me very professionally and made me feel he was glad to see me !
I explained my issues w/ my bike…( I actually was planning to leave my bike in the trash ) - I felt my bike was beyond repair 😔?
Jeff immediately was calming and said let me take a few minutes and look at it.
- In thirty minutes Jeff examined my bike like a physician and repaired it to excellent working condition!!🚴♂️
-I also needed a headlight / taillight- the headlight I picked out ( Jeff explained to me that it was more light than I needed and more expensive) -Jeff picked out a less expensive light and one that was perfect!
I usually do not fill out surveys- however I couldn’t wait to share my experience-I cannot say enough about my experience w/ Jeff the manager at this Trek location!

The 3 team members that were in the store when I arrived to have my bicycle fixed, were very personable and professional. They fixed the bicycle within 15 minutes. The bicycle was cleaned up and looked great. The cost was extremely reasonable. Thank you Gentleman.
Great sales process
The guys at Trek are so awesome! I broke my bike and didn't know what to do and it was on a Sunday to make things worse. They are the only bike shop that I found to be open on a Sunday. I cycle everyday and they got me in right away and fixed my bike!!! Not only did they fix it but when I went for a ride the next day they had adjusted everything and put in some extra work that was absolutely noticeable.II was blown away by the service and cheap price of repair. won't go anywhere else for my biking needs. They were very professional and super nice. Awesome place to go

We have a spin bike which had stripped threads which made it unrideable due to noise and slippage of the pedals. We stopped at Trek Bicycle Shop and spoke to Steve. Since we were unable to bring the bike to the store, Steve came out to our home and fixed our problem. So our useless bike became totally like new and we are back to riding every day.

Definitely want to express my sincerest gratitude to Trek store in Boynton Beach. Joel helped me locate the bicycle that I requested in less then a week. All the others stores showed no interests in helping me. Joel followed up with phone call informing me every step of the way. He take great pride in his work and it was a pleasure working with him.
