My wife and I walked into the Trek Store in Boynton Beach, FL and were greeted by Justin. He explained the different bicycle options and took the time to let us test ride different models. He even changed out the seats for us to help find ones that were most comfortable. In a word, Justin was “great”. We ended up purchasing 2 Trek electric bikes and had Justin outfit them with mirrors, insulated packs, and water bottles. Then Justin personally delivered the bicycles to our home. I could not have had a better purchasing experience. I mean that. I will certainly recommend Justin to our friends..
