The team at Trek Bicycle Store of Sunrise is fantastic! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcome, not pressured. The staff members Neil & the young lady who helped me was incredibly knowledgeable about different models, patiently answered all my (many!) questions, (since I am new to cycling) and helped me find the perfect bike for my needs. I can't wait to receive my bike. Unfortunately, the 1st one that was ordered was the correct size in reference to my height but in person for my short legs was not!! Nonetheless, Neil ordered my correct size & it arrives perfectly for my birthday! Thank you!!!!

We have ridden Trek bikes for 25 years including a cross country trip and have found them to be reliable along with the bontrager hard case tires. We currently have the Verve electric but previously had touring bikes.
Took my bike in to get a new tire. Your sales professionals are on point. You can tell they have experience with bikes by the passionate way they talk. I ride everyday and everytime ive had a problem its been resolved quickly and professionally. Thank you, having this bike has been life changing and I appreciate the advice and recommendations on products....ive had very little problems in 4 years.
