After a mixup in failing to call me for several days for notification to pickup, I received a follow up call from the store manager, Mike. He was very professional, explained what happened and apologized for the issue.
Based on that level of customer service and consideration, I have changed my review score to a 9. This is the highest score I will ever give a company as a 10 indicates perfection and that is impossible in my estimation.
I would use Trek again and highly recommend them.

I needed two new tires for my bicycle and they installed a basket and did everything within two hours after I made the phone call. Needless to say I’m very satisfied!
Excellent experience with TREK Estero! John in service did an outstanding job on the annual maintenance of our e-bikes and communicating when completed. Kathy was wonderful with delivery of our e-bikes, accommodating our schedule since we are not full-time residents in the area.

I am a member of your No Flats Club. I have had to take my bike in twice for flat tires. On both occasions, a tech replaced the tube and I was in and out in under 10 minutes.
We really liked working with Anthony as he is so knowledgeable on everything related to bikes.
I stopped by the store to get my tire changed and the person who helped me ended up fitting me for a new seat and shared a bunch of knowledge with me and my wife. I can’t remember his name but he’s been there forever. I was very impressed with his service and knowledge.

Gentleman had me checked in, showed me the parts I needed and had the install done in about 30 minutes. Thought I was going to have to leave the bike for several weeks. Nice surprise and will use them when I need a new bike or have an issue.
