It has never arrived. You took my money but the Bosch 500 baterry has never arrived. I assume it was never sent, as nobody had the courtesy of sen ding me a tracking number or any way to find the damned thing.
So no, I will not recommend you to anytbody

My Trek Boone was not well. The headseet ISO and the rear derailleur was hopping around. I dropped it off at the BikeLane and hoped for the best. The bike operated and looked like a brand new bike. This is a great bike shop.

Excellent communication is what sets Bike Lane apart from every other bicycle store or repair shop I've used in 40 years. Their access to parts and services is superb, and their knowledge of industry has few peers.
Service is wonderful but rip off labor charge for 5 minutes of work. I can go to Green Lizard a few miles away for half price. They charge reasonable amount, depending on the amount of work, not flat rate for everything, regardless of the effort involved. I would never come for service, except in case of emergency.

We came upon the Bike Lane years ago, when we were looking to purchase bicycles. We had visited other bike shops and were discouraged by the long wait to get attention. At one shop we were ignored and left after looking at all the bikes on display.
Not so at the Bike Lane! We walked through the door and were immediately welcomed and paid attention to. After an abundance of questions, we bought a bike and soon after a second one. A couple of years later we bought one more.
Todd and staff have not let up on giving attention to their customers. We noticed that, whenever someone walked in the door they were greeted and their questions were answered. Everyone is upbeat about you coming in the store and remains friendly throughout your visit.
You get to test the bike(s), should you be interested in one or multiples.
This helps a lot, especially if you are a novice to bike possession.
We first visited the Bike Lane when the Store was at Reston Town Center.
The store has seen improvement in location since they moved a few blocks down the road.
It is a terrific experience to visit and, oh - did I forget the coffee and beer? those alone are worth a visit!

I mentioned a concern of mine twice and not once through any communication (email or in person) was it addressed. I then just made the assumption that the service rectified the problem, but I honestly have no clue.

I came down from Winchester and was able to walk in and immediately get an issue with my bike fixed. The technician did an excellent job at figuring out why my chain was slipping between gears and corrected the issue. This is after I went to a different bike shop closer to my home and they were unable to fix the problem. You guys are the best!
