The people who work at Bike Lane also ride and race. They know what products they have in store and what they can order. They think outside the box to help you find answers to your questions. They also have great coffee and beer.
Fantastic service during and after the sale.
Bought my mountain bike brand new at Bike Lane and since then they have being fantastic at taking care of it anytime I need to get it serviced.

The overall vibe in the shop was awesome!
The gentleman that helped me rent a bike for my daughter was really personable and even spent an extra few minutes giving me a quick tour of the brewery. Also, when we waited for the bike two other associates asked if we were being helped, that does not happen in every store. Those little things mean a lot and that's why we will be back and will share our experience with others.
The bikes we purchased there are very good quality and have been able to withstand the abuse of both my boys. Everything is very well-built and sturdy. The service we receive every time we are there is amazing. Both my boys are autistic and everyone goes above and beyond what is typical customer service. The staff there truly have a passion for bikes, and they’ve helped my boys, multiple times, adapt their bikes to fit their development. I’ve been there many times, and each time, I’m still so surprised at how far they still go to make sure my kids are able to ride safely and successfully on their bikes! Love this shop and the people who work there very much!
Nice airy space inside and out. One of the best local breweries with a great daily selection. Well stocked shop with parts and clothes. Friendly service and a Cafe!
Always willing to listen and help - if you don't need something they will tell you
The good: I worked with Michelle to plan a flat bar conversion on my surley and she was amazing and when I got my bike back it was like a brand new machine - perfect! I really appreciate her help and insights as I made some decisions to keep costs down while getting everything done I needed.
The less good: I received an email that my bike was ready and came in and was surprised at how long it took to get some help (~20 mins). A guy was working the service desk and I realized the team is busy but there was one customer in front of me and it just seemed to take an unusually long time, conversations about his bike after he was all rung up, etc. I stood in line, drank a beer, looked at the gear and finally got helped. I would have appreciated a quick acknowledgment along the way to know I was at least in the right place.
Love your shop - those are my 2cents.
First - the selection was great and having options and being able to try them out to compare was super helpful.
I also appreciated the staff and how knowledgeable they were, and how they didn’t push to get a bunch of add-ons, or push on items after we declined. They were incredibly respectful and made the shopping experience more enjoyable.
Lastly, I appreciated that as we were checking out, the lady who helped me advised me to try out the seat but it’s not uncommon if it’s uncomfortable because bike seats aren’t necessarily designed with women’s anatomy in mind and shared that they have other options once I had some time to feel out the bike.
Overall I was happy with my experience, and the staff was kind and knowledgeable, which made me feel more comfortable with making my purchase.

Adam Reels did a fantastic job with my bike fit. He stayed with me until we got it right and was thorough and exacting in the process. Just as important, he wanted to know about my goals and challenges. Every once in a while, someone of equal experience and enthusiasm would poke a head in to ask how it was going and comment on my riding equipment. Great experience, great result. I will be back.
The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, always happy to help and answer any questions. I also love that there’s consistently new cycling apparel available in the store.

I can’t say enough good things about The Bike Lane. The entire staff is friendly, incredibly helpful, and goes above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable and get exactly what you need. Huge shoutout to Marc for taking the time over the course of a couple days to get me all set up with my first road bike! He did it all for me while I literally drank a beer (which you should also try) while there! Cheers to a great spot in our community!
