Although there were some misunderstanding, and miscommunication, Sweet Pete's were very attentive to the situation, even through these trying times. They took care of me to my satisfaction. Very professional and very caring towards their customers. I would definitely go back, even though I'm from north of the city with many bike shops near by.

I got all the help I needed, replies were quick and accurate. I wish there was a student discount but otherwise fantastic!
The situation is challenging with COVID but when we picked up the bike the pedals that came with the bike were not put on. No big deal since the person on staff who got the bike for us put the pedals on but then when we were on our way home we realized the pedals were supposed to have toe clips. Those were never put on! We couldn't be bothered to turn around and drive back to the shop so we just let it go.
Also, very minor point but the cap for one of the tire valves was on the back wheel but on the front wheel the valve cap was missing. Small thing but little things add up to big things.
Overall we're happy enough. Thanks.
The website showed stock that you didn't have
I received my order in good condition within a reasonable time frame. I understood that one of the parts there was a delay otherwise the order would have been faster but considering we are in the Covid-19 pandemic delays are more likely to happen. If my order would have arrived without any delays I would have scored you a 10 for sure.
You said item was in stock I bought it then you never had it. Waste of my time

I ordered a part online in the morning and received an email that afternoon that the part was ready for pick up . I was very impressed with that service and the gentleman at the store was fast and efficient. Will definitely shop at Sweet Pete’s again

No one answers emails on weekends regarding booking service appointments. There could be more appointments and the turn-around time could be shorter.
Fast and honest. My part was not available a replacement part was made available. Part was shipped quickly. I found response to my order over internet was very quick.

Emma did a great job scheduling my service and your mechanics are, well, mechanics. You should have someone else at each store who can help customers with small purchases I am sure it can be done safely and efficiently.
