Service was amazing. Went in to test a bike and took it home the same day. I felt like they were able to answer any questions as well as provide honest and thoughtful information on the bike. I also felt respected and valued as a customer which hasn't been my experience at some other bike shops in the city. Very happy and can't wait to put some KMS on my new bike!!!! Thanks team!

Sales staff are the best! They are very experienced riders, friendly, and interested in selling the right bike. They take whatever time is needed to get you the right bike - without trying to upsell. That was my experience many years ago with this shop and it was the same experince this time.

I was very satisfied! I was pleased to recieve a call from the mechanic working on my bike to confirm the items on the work order soon after dropping off my bike. The mechanic was very knowledgeable and I appreciated the time they took to explain everything carefully to me. When I picked up my bike I couldn't have been happier with the work!

I went personally to buy an item and I was told there wasn’t any in stock. After some days I decide to look similar items in the website and I found the one I wanted to buy in previous day... I ordered and it was very fast ready to pick up.
