You had the item I was looking for, but couldn't find in my local bike shops.
I always go to the B-side location for any issues with my bike - the latest being a weird consistent creaky noise coming from the bottom bracket ! Adam took his time to try figuring it out and was super patient and pleasant as always. He re-greased the seat post as a first step when i dropped by and didn't have much time. I brought it back when i had a more free day and they fixed the issue - i was SO HAPPY with how my bike felt afterwards and how quiet it was :D It had been creaking like that for about half a year ... wish i had done it sooner but you know, pandemic and everything. Thank you !!

I like the customer service and how polite the staff are
Pretty uoset with the lack of transparency with my repair. I was told it had been fixed, when I went in to pick it up I was told that the shop was waiting on confirmation from me, which I was never told. I'm fine with the process of confirming before the repair, but I was never asked to confirm.
Additionally when I was asking questions of the store representative at the time of my initial visit, I had not been told that the replacement part I needed was not in stock, and as a result my entire front derailleur and cable needed to be replaced, causing a $50 repair to become a $100 repair. When I trie The store representative was pretty rude an unhelpfulust wanted me to give an answer without providing me any background

I'm still waiting for my order, it has been weeks now.
Been into a lot bike shops in the last couple of months, found the service in Sweet Pete's to be helpful, informative and didn't come with the patronizing attitudes found in other stores. They didn't try to oversell me but instead got me what was a better bike more suited to what i needed. The integrity was appreciated. I would absolutely recommend them over their competition.

Call me before doing the work like you said you would... I asked for a specific repair and potentially a tune-up and any other repairs- would've preferred to know what you planned on doing after you'd assessed my bike (which the person I dropped it off to said would happen) instead of just hearing when the work was done and finding out what was done/ price of work after the fact. So far, the work quality is great though and the bike is working very well.
